What’s your return policy?

All products must be accompanied by receipt for refund or exchange. We are only able to issue refunds in the same form as payment was done within 30 days of the receipt. After 30 days store credit will be issued. There is a 20% restocking fee for all special items. There is no refund or exchange for custom items, cut hose, cut wire, electrical parts, or tools.


Do you ship?

Yes, we are able to ship within the united states. We will also provide alternatives for heavy items such as having someone else pick it up for you or having you pick it up directly from the manufacturer.
